Orders are usually shipped within 1-7 business days. We will let you know when your order ships; you can also follow its status on the My Account page.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on orders of 2.000 ₺ and above. For smaller orders, the shipping fee is shown on the checkout page.
Which payment methods can I use?
You can pay by credit card, debit card or bank transfer (EFT). Card payments are protected by 3D Secure.
Can I order without an account?

How should I store the tea?
Store it in its closed package in a cool, dry, dark and odour-free place.
Can I return a product?
Unopened products can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Details are on the Cancellation & Return Policy page.
