Shipping
Orders are sent with our contracted shipping company within 1-7 business days. Shipping is free on orders of 2.000,00 ₺ and above. Tracking information is sent to you once your order is shipped.
Please check your parcel for damage when you receive it. If it is damaged, you may refuse delivery and have the courier record a damage report.
Returns
Unopened, unused products can be returned within 14 days of delivery. As these are food products, opened packages cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. See the Cancellation & Return Policy page for details.
